- Do you have garments in immediate stock?
Because each garment is custom made, we do not have any garments immediately available.
- How long does it take to prepare each order?
The preparation process for each order takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the demand of our agenda for the month. If you want your order for a specific date, write to us at monette.studios@gmail.com, or by direct message on our Instagram @monette.studios, to evaluate the feasibility of your request before confirming the purchase. - How does shipping work?
Shipping your order is free, and it's on us! In the case of international shipments, orders are dispatched by the standard Chilean Post service, and distributed to the world by EMS. Shipping times are 3 to 7 business weeks, depending on your location, and you can track the journey with the tracking number that we send to your email.

Yes, all our designs have the option of being custom made, and with no extra charge. To make this alternative valid, in the size column, you must select the "Custom" option, and fill in your corresponding measurements in the information box. - Can I have my garment with a custom artwork or fabric color?

Because all garments are custom made, we do not offer returns, but we do offer subsequent modification of any garment, in case that the fit is not appropriate, which you can make valid by writing to us at monette.studios@gmail.com, or by direct message on our Instagram @monette.studios. Because the preparation of each order requires a lot of time and dedication on our part, we suggest being considered when making each purchase.
